We offer a wide range of group fitness classes (kettlebell, cardio fusion, and TRX Suspension.  You get a workout in an exhilarating and motivating group setting. Our credentialed instructors to spend the time necessary to maximize your results. 

We offer private training sessions and semi-private sessions with 2, 3 or 4 people.  We do functional movement screening (FMS).  At Fusion Fitness, we know who you are and work with you so that you get the workout you need.
